Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Thiel Ventures LLC, doing business as Shadow Society (“Shadow Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit shadowsociety.shadowboys.com and related pages (the “Site”), apply to or enroll in our programs, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you provide

  • Application & registration details — your name, email address, phone number, and the responses you submit when you register for a webinar/training or apply to Shadow Society.
  • Payment information — if you enroll, billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
  • Communications — the content of messages, emails, texts, and calls you exchange with us, including any information you choose to share during coaching or support.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates/times of your visits.
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

Information from third parties

  • Data from advertising and analytics platforms, and from the social or referral source through which you reached us.

2. How We Use Information

  • To review applications and determine eligibility for our programs.
  • To deliver our educational content, coaching, and customer support.
  • To process enrollments and payments.
  • To contact you about your application, account, and program by email, phone, and text message.
  • To send you marketing, promotional, and event communications you have consented to receive.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our offerings.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Communications & Consent

When you submit your contact information through our forms, you consent to be contacted by Shadow Society and our representatives by the methods below in connection with your inquiry, application, and (where you opt in) marketing.

Email

We may send you transactional and marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; we may still send essential account or transactional messages.

Phone calls

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive calls from us regarding your application and enrollment. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes where permitted by law; where two-party consent is required, we will obtain it before recording.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from Shadow Society (e.g., application updates, appointment reminders, program info, and offers).

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering or supporting the messages you have requested.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (Section 6), under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing those services.
  • For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, and the public.
  • In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

6. Service Providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate our business. These may include:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) — we use Close (Close.com) as a data processor to manage and improve our sales and communications processes. Information you provide may be stored and processed within our CRM on our behalf.
  • Website, funnel, and messaging platform — LeadConnector / HighLevel, which hosts our pages and facilitates email and SMS delivery.
  • Payment processing — our third-party payment processor for enrollments.
  • Analytics and advertising — providers that help us understand Site usage and measure marketing.

Each provider processes personal information only as needed to deliver its service to us and in accordance with its own privacy and security obligations.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, track email opens and link clicks, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site functions. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal, which we currently handle as described in Section 9 for opt-out rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion as described in Section 9.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

EU/UK residents (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where we use Close and other processors, they act on our instructions as our data processors.

To exercise any right, contact us using Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and our programs are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
